- Cancellations made after the purchase of the package will incur a $50 management fee, in addition to a 4% merchant fee.
- If a cancellation request is made after purchasing the package but before utilizing any sessions, a refund will be issued. The refunded amount will be $238, calculated as $300 minus the $50 management fee and minus 4% of the total payment received.
- For cancellations made after the first session, a $62 management fee will be charged, subtracting the regular non-discounted session cost of $75, resulting in a refund of $163.
- Cancellations made after the second session will amount to a refund of $88 management fee, with no refunds available for subsequent cancellations.
- Cancellations made after the second won’t have any refunds available. No exceptions.
- Please show up on time for your apt. If you are a no show no call. You forfeit the session in its entirety.
- Cancellations with less than 24 hours results in a session forfeited.
- To properly reschedule please do so with at least 48 hours advanced notice.
