Cancellation Terms:

1. Cancellations made after the purchase of the package will incur a $50 management fee, in addition to a 4% merchant fee.
2. If a cancellation request is made after purchasing the package but before utilizing any sessions, a refund will be issued. The refunded amount will be $334, calculated as $400 minus the $50 management fee and minus 4% of the total payment received.
3. For cancellations made after the first session, a $66 management fee will be charged, subtracting the regular non-discounted session cost of $150, resulting in a refund of $184.
4. Cancellations made after the second won’t have any refunds available. No exceptions.
5. Please show up on time for your apt. If you are a no show no call. You forfeit the session in its entirety. 
6. Cancellations with less than 24 hours results in a session forfeited. 
7. To properly reschedule please do so with at least 48 hours advanced notice.
